<image:caption>Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. When not striving to keep his patients happy and healthy, he’s enjoys hiking with his family in Rock Creek Park.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Team - RACHEAL</image:title>
<image:caption>A Colorado native and a Marine Corps veteran. While serving our country, Racheal specialized in training potential canine assets to conduct controlled bite work (patrol) and detection of explosive/narcotics. She was later requested to aid foreign nationals in a variety of missions and was hand-selected to lead multiple canine teams while abroad. After the Marine Corps, Racheal worked as a lead trainer for a dog training facility in San Antonio. Based on her attention to detail and care for canines, she was promoted to facility manager. Rachael then transitioned to work for the Department of Homeland Security where she continued to train potential canine assets and take on multiple leadership roles. Racheal also aided San Antonio Police Department in homicide cases with her cadaver dog.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Mission</image:title>
<image:caption>At the L.A.Y.K.A Foundation our beliefs are based on three principles: Rescue, Train, and Home. We believe there are no bad dogs, just misguided ones. Our sole purpose through this organization is to rescue canines that are often overlooked or not given a fair shot at love. All canines deserve love, and in one way or another, can be our savior; we are living proof of this!</image:caption>
